Starting Hourly Rate: $24.57
Quarterly Incentives:
- 4% Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) payout
- Up to 8% of Gainsharing bonus
Shift/Category: Employees work a DuPont shift schedule, which requires 12-hour shifts (5:30 AM-5:30 PM and 5:30 PM-5:30 AM) with rotating days and nights. This schedule also requires availability to work weekends, holidays, etc.
About The Role
This position supports International Paper’s Henderson Mill facility. The Mill Entry Level must have a desire and ability to work as a multi-skilled technician in a paper mill. After an initial onboarding period, the Mill Entry Level new hire immediately begins a state-of-the-art training and certification program to allow potential advancement to higher position and increased wages.
