About the Role Navan Expense is scaling, and we’re seeking a Mid-Market Solutions Consultant, Expense to help expand the product within mid-market accounts. You will partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations up to the C-Suite to delight customers and drive revenue, by combining accounting expertise with Navan Expense’s platform. What You'll Do
- Develop a strong understanding of the Navan expense and payments solution and apply accounting/finance knowledge to implement the Expense solution and help clients realize its benefits.
- Support Account Managers as a subject matter expert to resolve queries related to policy efficiencies, accounting process compliance and ERP integrations.
- Train and up-level the Account Management organization on the value proposition and product capabilities of Navan Expense to drive usage and revenue from existing customers.
