Section: Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Microbiologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting microbiological analysis, ensuring product safety and quality compliance, and supporting the implementation of food safety and quality management systems. - Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, water, and environmental samples.
- Perform microbial analysis, identification, and interpretation of laboratory results.
- Monitor hygiene standards and support contamination control initiatives.
- Support food safety programmes, including HACCP, GMP, and quality management systems.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, reports, and documentation.
- Conduct investigations into microbiological deviations and recommend corrective actions.
