Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance activities for Mobile Harbour Cranes (MHCs) to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient container operations.
- Supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of Mobile Harbour Cranes, spreaders, and auxiliary systems
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with OEM standards, statutory requirements, and terminal procedures
- Prioritize and close defects raised from statutory inspections and examiner defect lists
- Provide planning input on manpower, spare parts, tools, and task sequencing to minimize downtime
- Monitor equipment performance and initiate proactive maintenance actions
- Lead and supervise crane technicians, electricians, and mechanics, ensuring effective task allocation and handovers
