岗位职责

• 根据公司渠道战略，制定并实施区域渠道战略，完成年度销售目标;
• 管理经销商的日常运营，完善和加强渠道管理;
• 优化和管理区域的渠道，完成区域销售业绩指标;
• 负责经销商的选择、发展和评估，负责与临床推广团队及市场营销组织协商绩效评估；
• 负责及时的收集市场业务数据，确保业务预测和其他数据的准确性；
• 定期审核经销商付款条约，及时向经销商收取待收款，并对任何潜在的信用风险主动采取行动。

任职资质

• 本科以上学历，医疗相关专业或经济学专业优先；
• 5年以上药品商业渠道管理经验，商业客情基础强；
