Merchant Operations Manager
As the Argentina Merchant Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting merchant growth, operational excellence, and the overall merchant experience across Argentina. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to design scalable tools and processes that help local teams achieve ambitious business and experience goals. In this role, you'll partner closely with Territory and Commercial teams to understand the needs of our key merchant partners, uncover actionable insights through data, and develop strategies that help every delivery feel seamless. You'll also collaborate with Operations Leads, Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and drive meaningful business impact.
