About the Role Louis Dreyfus Company is seeking a Merchandising Assistant in Upper Sandusky, OH to support the merchandising department with position reporting and customer service duties. The role involves contract entry, invoicing, ACH management, data accuracy, and cross-functional liaison with execution and logistics teams, with some weekend work possible. What You'll Do
- Enter sales contracts and amendments for soybean meal and soy hull pellets into the Front Office System.
- Create contracts for soybean, soybean meal and soy hull pellets.
- Invoice customers for soybean meal and soy hull pellets.
- Apply tickets related to commercial soybean.
- Approve weekly ACH withdrawals for customers and follow up on ACH by phone or email.
- Assist Merchandisers with Accounts Receivable issues.
- Ensure data accuracy and perform first reasonableness checks.
