An international consultancy is seeking experienced MEP Quantity Surveyors with proven data centre delivery experience to work on hyperscale and mission-critical developments across Asia, Europe and the Middle East. This role offers exciting global opportunities and relocation support.
What You'll Do
- Lead cost management and commercial management for MEP works on data centre projects (hyperscale and mission-critical facilities).
- Manage pre- and post-contract activities including procurement, change management, budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with project teams and clients across multiple regions, delivering value and ensuring financial controls.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, contractor valuations and sub-contractor procurement.
- Advise on value engineering, risk management and cost-saving opportunities.
