Job title: MEP Engineer
We are seeking a proactive, hands-on MEP Engineer to join a growing engineering and energy solutions firm to handle AutoCAD design, site supervision, BOQ estimation and project coordination on onsite projects in Ogudu, Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and modify MEP working drawings, schematics, and single-line diagrams using AutoCAD.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material take-offs, specifications, and cost estimations.
- Coordinate projects seamlessly from design and estimation through to testing, commissioning, and final handover.
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in MEP Engineering or Building Services.
- Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to interpret and produce MEP drawings independently.
