About the Role The Mental Health Technician (MHT) III serves as a lead clinical support professional, providing advanced direct care, crisis intervention, and therapeutic support to patients with complex emotional, psychiatric, or behavioral conditions. Working with licensed clinical staff, the MHT III maintains a safe, trauma-informed milieu and serves as a milieu leader, modeling advanced behavioral interventions, mentoring staff, and coordinating daily shift programming for highly acute individuals within the crisis center. What You'll Do
- Provide advanced direct care, crisis intervention, and therapeutic support to patients with complex emotional, psychiatric, or behavioral conditions.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy under supervision of licensed clinical staff to maintain a safe, trauma-informed therapeutic milieu; serve as a milieu leader.
