About the Role The Mental Health Technician (MHT) III serves as a lead clinical support professional, providing advanced direct care, crisis intervention, and therapeutic support to patients with complex emotional, psychiatric, or behavioral conditions. Operating with a high degree of autonomy under supervision of licensed clinical staff, the MHT III acts as a milieu leader, mentors staff, and coordinates daily shift programming for highly acute individuals while performing specialized medical and technical support within the crisis center under licensed delegation.
