About the Role The Member Service Professional (MSP) will deliver superior service to Card Members visiting the American Express Centurion Lounge at MIA, acting as ambassadors of the brand and ensuring a differentiated, high-touch experience. MSPs provide travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services and tailor offerings to deepen Card Member relationships. What You'll Do
- Welcome Card Members upon arrival at reception and provide access
- Own the customer experience from start to finish, taking ownership of issues
- Resolve customer concerns with innovative approaches to build brand loyalty
- Apply the Customer First philosophy in meeting needs and expectations
- Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultation, and minimal reservation assistance
- Collaborate with lounge partners to accommodate Card Members with dining and lounge needs
