Verastem Oncology is seeking a Medical Safety Physician, Pharmacovigilance to support safety activities for oncology programs. This role provides medical oversight and safety strategy to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance across the product lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Provide medical safety oversight for oncology products, including signal detection and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Clinical, Regulatory, and Pharmacovigilance) to ensure compliant safety reporting and data interpretation.
- Support safety surveillance, adverse event review, and regulatory submissions as needed.
