About the Role This role is responsible for evaluating donors’ eligibility for automated plasmapheresis procedures, administering approved immunizations, and providing limited emergency care as permitted by licensure. The position supports center operations, ensures compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and regulatory guidelines, and collaborates with physicians and staff to maintain donor safety and center efficiency. What You'll Do
- Evaluate donor eligibility through medical history reviews, physical assessments, and informed consent discussions in accordance with SOPs, FDA, CLIA, and cGMP.
- Review, document, and verify donor information, immunization records, and test results in the donor management system (NexLynk).
- Classify donors into appropriate programs and monitor for adverse reactions, providing care as allowed by training and licensure.
