About the Role This PRN / As Needed Medical Assistant position is based in Smithfield, RI with Crossover Health, a national team-based medical group focused on wellbeing and prevention. The role supports the delivery of Primary Health through an interdisciplinary care team and trusted patient relationships. What You'll Do
- Provide clinical support to clinicians, including preparing exam rooms, assisting with procedures, and documenting patient information in the EHR.
- Support patient flow and continuity of care during PRN shifts, ensuring a compassionate, patient-centered experience.
- Handle basic administrative tasks as needed (scheduling, specimen collection, inventory, and chart updates). What We're Looking For
- Medical Assistant certification or diploma (or equivalent training) preferred.
- Prior experience in primary care or team-based care settings is a plus.
