About the Role We are an innovative team of engineers and designers that support a diverse set of projects in the power market. As a Mechanical Designer with us, you will be responsible for developing detailed piping and mechanical equipment and systems designs, layouts and 3D models for power generating plants, carbon capture plants and other related facilities. What You'll Do
- Draft sketches, piping and instrument diagrams (P&IDs), plans, sections and details, drawings, equipment layout, and design/model in 3D for power plant systems which could include: steam cycle systems, boiler feed and condensate, water treatment, fuel handling, hydraulic, heat transfer systems, conveying systems, rotating equipment (generators) systems, and Balance of plant systems (compressed air and gas systems, service water, HVAC).
