About this role
About the Role Nissan is accelerating electrification and intelligent systems, and this role focuses on developing simulation-based vehicle performance evaluation centered on modeling-based development (MBD). The team develops simulation technologies to evaluate and optimize multiple vehicle performances (e.g., thermal and energy management, handling stability) and applies them to early-stage vehicle development to shorten development cycles and improve quality. What You'll Do
- Use MBD tools to develop simulation models that predict multiple vehicle performances for the whole vehicle.
- Use simulation results to propose optimal design specifications and support development decisions during early spec review.
- Develop AI and data-science-driven techniques to speed up simulations and enhance performance prediction and optimization.
