About the Role The Quality Leader is responsible for the successful deployment of the Built-In Quality (BiQ) Playbook across value stream warehouses. The role partners with warehouse operations to ensure material handling and storage processes are robust, compliant, and error-proofed, leading nonconformance resolution and CAPA processes to drive a culture of Zero Defects. What You'll Do
- Drive end-to-end implementation of the BiQ Playbook within warehouse operations and translate strategic quality requirements into clear, executable standard work for logistics and inventory teams.
- Lead deployment of the 15 core BiQ Playbook elements across all assigned warehouses and ensure they are integrated into daily operations and delivering results.
- Conduct regular quality audits, identify gaps, document findings, and drive corrective actions to maintain audit readiness。
