Materials Coordinator
About this role
A Materials Coordinator is needed in San Francisco, CA for a Monday–Friday day shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM) on a contract basis. The role supports warehouse operations within an automotive-related environment, with compensation estimated at $25.00–$30.00+ per hour, depending on experience.
A. Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, check and verify merchandise and products to ensure accuracy; handle receiving exceptions as needed.
- Use handheld RF tools to receive merchandise/products into the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Perform stock checks, part number verification, cycle counts, and assist with physical inventories.
- Consolidate loads as required, including packing, repacking, and wrapping products for shipping.
- Label parts during put-away, picking, or shipping processes.
- Pick parts for order fulfillment, shipments, scrap requests, and other requests.
