About the Role Volt is immediately hiring a Material Handler in Monroeville, PA to support manufacturing operations involving photochromic dyes, OLED materials, and optical coatings. The role is responsible for safely handling, moving, and preparing materials while ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining a safe work environment. What You'll Do
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move chemicals, drums, totes, and pallets.
- Prepare and stage chemicals for production, verifying quantities and shelf life.
- Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
- Verify order accuracy and prepare shipments.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies or damaged materials.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
