Material Handler
As a Material Handler, you’re a member of an assigned production crew, reporting to the Plant Warehouse Supervisor. You will contribute to the success of Ball by observing operating principles of all assigned equipment and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for your area of responsibility. The Williamsburg plant is a high-volume, fast-paced 24/7-365 days/year manufacturing environment. Our crews work 12 hour shifts (6am-6pm/6pm-6am) working 4 days on/4 days off and rotating from day to night shift every 32 days. Your Key Responsibilities Include: Follow all 5S standards and job safety practices and policies including but not limited to food safety; personal protective equipment; emergency procedures, etc. Operate forklift and coordinate products including raw materials, scrap, finished goods, packaging materials, chemicals, and other supplies.
