We're seeking a Marketing & Social Media Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies, manage social media and paid advertising, and support lead generation for luxury apartment/real estate offerings while working remotely in Nigeria with occasional in-person meetings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Manage social media content, paid ads, and content calendar
- Monitor performance and provide actionable reports
- Support sales with lead generation and stay updated on industry trends
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing and social media management
- Experience in the luxury apartments or luxury real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and digital advertising
