About this role
Marketing Officer will drive customer acquisition and promote the bank's products and services across assigned Lagos locations, focusing on loan generation, deposit mobilisation, electronic banking product marketing, and supporting branch business development targets.
Responsibilities
- Generate quality loan opportunities and grow the bank's loan portfolio.
- Mobilize deposits from individuals, SMEs, and corporate customers.
- Market and promote the bank's electronic banking products, including POS, mobile banking, internet banking, and related services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned location.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business retention and growth.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer engagement activities.
- Meet assigned sales and business development targets.
