Join BookingSync as a Marketing / Customer Success Specialist to help promote Smily’s AI-powered review management platform and drive adoption across vacation rental channels. You’ll support property managers in optimizing their online presence by leveraging centralized reviews, AI-generated responses, and analytics to boost guest experience and unlock revenue opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Promote and position Smily’s review management features (AI-powered draft responses, automated guest reviews, centralized dashboard) to customers and prospects
- Assist customers in scheduling demos and leveraging free audits to improve listings on Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia, and more
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to communicate customer needs and feedback from the field
