About the Role
As a Market Developer for Bulgaria, you will help increase sales and grow business by supporting the Area Sales Manager. You’ll work directly with the market and be part of a team of Field Market Developers. You will make sure standarts are followed and help the company expand and strengthen its presence in Bulgaria.
Main Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be the face of Ferrero in stores, bringing the brand’s mission to life through every interaction with retail partners and customers. You’ll visit stores across both traditional and modern trade channels, checking shelf space, product placement, pricing and freshness with a sharp eye for detail.
