About the Role L3Harris is seeking a Manufacturing Test Technician C to support the production and testing of defense-grade systems. This role contributes to ensuring performance and quality of assemblies used across space, air, land, sea, and cyber domains. What You'll Do
- Conduct electrical, functional, and environmental tests on manufactured components according to documented procedures.
- Set up, calibrate, and operate test equipment; collect and analyze data; troubleshoot test setups and anomalies.
- Document findings, generate test reports, and communicate issues to manufacturing and engineering teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and preventive maintenance of test stations. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or degree in electronics or related field preferred.
