About the Role Join Sheridan New Hampshire as a Manufacturing Technician. You’ll learn to operate high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to the production of books, catalogs, and printed materials. This is a hands-on, team-based role with opportunities to grow in a print manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders)
- Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality
- Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving
- Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace
