About the Role We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead and support a team within the Operations unit. This is an onsite role that operates within a 24/7 shift environment, covering morning, evening, and night shift schedules. What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop individual contributors while supporting effective performance management and team engagement.
- Coordinate operational workflows, staffing, training, and daily priorities to ensure production targets and team objectives are met.
- Promote a safe working environment and take timely action when improvements or risk mitigations are required.
- Ensure compliance with Johnson & Johnson’s Credo, CEO behaviors, Code of Business Conduct, company policies, SOPs, GMP requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Drive a LEAN culture by supporting root cause problem solving and continuous improvement.
