Dover Precision Components is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor for our Cook Compression brand, located at our South Houston/ Pearland ISO certified manufacturing facility. This role oversees production on 2nd shift (Monday- Friday 3pm- 12am). We are part of Dover Corporation, a $7.7 billion global company known for stability and innovation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- As the 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor, you will supervise the manufacturing processes in a safe and efficient manner to ensure product is shipped on time and at a profit. Responsible for supervising, planning team support, schedule adherence and directing the hourly work force to achieve daily plans to satisfy customer demand. This includes managing a team of around 26 people, including machine operators, machinists, and assembly personnel.
