About the Role Join Lear's Reynosa plant as a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to ensure the quality of parts produced for the Thermal Comfort System meets customer expectations from development through serial production. You will be the main point of contact with customers to coordinate root causes and countermeasures for non-conformities and customer concerns. What You'll Do
- Attend assigned customers via requested communication channels.
- Daily check the customer portal for Lear TCS performance (customer claims, escalations, notifications, warranties, etc.) and notify involved areas as needed.
- Develop and implement process- and product-level controls to meet reliability and capability targets.
- Develop and submit PPAP documents for new products.
- Update control plans and PFMEA; own and lead assigned Program/Product 8D reports.
