About the Role
Manufacturing Quality Engineer (Equivalent to Dy Manager level) based in Chinchwad, Pune, will drive process and product quality control across manufacturing operations. You will implement quality systems to meet customer specifications and lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma. What You'll Do
- Communicate customer-specific requirements to cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
- Verify adherence to Control Plans and Work Instructions; conduct process audits (heat treatment, grinding, packaging, etc.); monitor KPIs.
- Lead quality improvement and problem solving using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone; drive reduction in non-conformances (SLR).
- Prepare PFD, PFMEA, and Control Plans; support APQP activities.
- Conduct Cp, Cpk studies; support MSA and equipment validation.
