About the Role This position is accountable for implementing new processes, changes, and improvements in manufacturing. The engineer will lead projects end-to-end, oversee infrastructure and capacity in relation to demand changes, and provide effective solutions for daily manufacturing challenges in Safety, Quality, and Efficiency. The role involves both field and office responsibilities, engaging directly with production processes and operators. Responsibilities include managing suppliers, handling internal purchasing and legal processes, and ensuring successful commissioning and delivery of each project. What You'll Do
- Manage CAPEX investments end-to-end, including planning, scope definition, procurement oversight, and delivery of fixed assets into full operation.
