Manufacturing Production Process Engineer II
Inside the Role Support Machining activities and problem solving in machining lines – including Cylinder Head Machining, but not excluding other Machining Dept opportunities. Work will include daily production activities; shop floor management and alignment with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement. Hand offs to and from other shifts for transparency. Active engagement with maintenance counterparts to resolve downtime issues and bring problems to close. Taking ownership of topics and bringing them to completion. Direct interface with line supervisors and hourly workforce ensuring adherence to work methods and production metrics.
