Experience and abilities you will need:
- Engineering bachelor’s degree required.
- A minimum of 1 year’s manufacturing experience required.
- ISO experience
- Cement plant experience preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish/English, preferred.
- Trainer/teaching experience.
- Quality Assurance/Control experience.
- Will need to have Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project skills.
- Able and willing to travel-National and International.
- Six Sigma experience
- Consultancy experience
- Employees are frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
- Employees must be physically fit and capable of climbing and walking and must be able to work in high places.
