About the Role
As a Manufacturing Manager, you will lead site manufacturing operations at Lubrizol's Victor/Hamilton, MT facilities to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant production performance. You will drive operational excellence, quality and regulatory adherence, and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. What You'll Do
- Lead daily manufacturing operations through supervisors and team leads, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Establish and sustain standardized manufacturing processes, including SOPs, training programs, and safety procedures to ensure consistent and compliant execution.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives, including continuous improvement efforts, root cause analysis, and CAPA processes, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
