About the Role Mondelēz International is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead the plant's multi-functional teams and partner across the business to deliver the Supply Chain strategy. The role focuses on building an agile, synchronized manufacturing operation that delivers safe, reliable, flexible, and cost-efficient production aligned with Mondelēz's Growth agenda. What You'll Do
- Work cross-functionally to develop and implement a 3-year strategic plan and annual operating plan; identify opportunities and link strategy to action to enable safe, reliable, flexible, and cost-efficient manufacturing capability that provides a competitive advantage.
- Partner with multi-functional leads to define and meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Engagement goals.
