What You'll Do
- Lead production operations at the Plant Bertrand in Toronto, Canada to achieve safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, sustainability, and engagement targets.
- Implement IL6S-Integrated Lean Six Sigma phase journey, FoF- Factory of the Future, and a line-centric organization, including Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Progressive Maintenance (PM) roles, to develop self-sufficient teams.
