Manufacturing Engineer
Oversees manufacturing process based on specific technologies (Balancing, Assembly, Machining, Welding) by developing and executing, new product & process launching strategies, continuous improvement strategies based on AOP and growth projections for the site. Responsible to maintain updated the documentation of the processes. Responsible to develop, audit, follow and keep updated PFMEA and processes standards based on manufacturing documentation Responsible for OEE, FPY and RTY improvement thru planning and execution of improvement strategies and execution. Development and execution of continuous improvement strategies for specific technology (Assembly, Balancing, Welding, Machining) based on AOP capital, and budgets. Responsible for the layout design and material flow for one or several production cells.
