About the Role Assists with technical analysis of manufacturing processes across production, costs, quality, safety compliance, and environmental requirements. This role supports continuous improvement and ensures manufacturing operations align with Caterpillar's standards. What You'll Do
- Participating in NPI, PVR (product various requirement) and ECN process for the preparation of standard work documents creation and changes in CBS, MES etc. system.
- Responsible for planning production line balance, RCCP (Rough-Cut Capacity Planning) and solving bottleneck process problems.
- Collaborating with all functional areas (production, quality, engineering, supply chain, EHS) to ensure that production line issues can be solved effectively and quickly.
- Monitoring process reliability; identifying and addressing problem areas.
