About this role
Managing Director
You will lead the organisation's strategic, commercial, and operational activities, driving portfolio growth, profitability, and ensuring regulatory compliance as the Managing Director.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability
- Oversee lending, credit, recovery, and portfolio management activities to maintain asset quality
- Build strategic partnerships and strengthen relationships with regulators, investors, and key stakeholders
- Lead and develop a high-performing management team while driving operational excellence
- Present business performance, strategic initiatives, and risk reports to the Board of Directors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field
