Overview

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for financial management, risk control, and corporate governance.
- Work with the Board to develop and execute business and financial strategies.
- Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives and growth plans.
- Develop and manage enterprise risk frameworks covering credit, operational, market, and liquidity risks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Advise the Board on emerging risks, regulatory developments, and mitigation strategies.
