About the Role As Manager – Thermal Systems within Renault Group (RGE-AME), you will lead the definition and execution of the cooling system strategy for vehicle programs. You will drive integration across hardware, software and calibration with internal and external partners, ensure regulatory and environmental compliance, and guide a high-performing team to deliver on-time results. What You'll Do
- Define cooling system layout and strategy covering Radiator, Condenser, Intercooler, Cooling fans, pump, valves, e-machine, Inverter, Battery cooling circuits, Chiller, heat pump integration
- Ensure adequate cooling during Upstream system design across high load, high ambient, idle and traffic conditions; balance cooling performance with energy consumption
- Optimize component and subsystem design to meet regulatory, safety, environmental and customer expectations
