About the Role The Manager, Strategic Commercial Readiness & Onboarding (International) will serve as the operational engine driving comprehensive commercial readiness for our growing international team. Your primary mission is to ensure all newly hired international colleagues are thoroughly trained, equipped, and prepared for high-quality engagements with global customers—encompassing both technical knowledge and total business operations proficiency. You will work collaboratively to aid in program development and take the lead in driving the execution of our onboarding and enablement initiatives across international regions. We are looking for an execution-focused professional who can effectively coordinate with internal experts and content providers across engineering, sales ops, and product teams.
