About the Role The Manager, Service Projects & Contracts leads the execution of service contracts and dispenser projects for customers in the petroleum retail industry. This role oversees administration of maintenance agreements and manages dispenser replacements, upgrades, and fueling system improvements, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction. The position partners with customers, field service teams, sales, finance, and executive leadership to drive operational excellence and profitability. What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Contract Administrators, Project Coordinators, and Project Managers.
- Establish departmental goals, performance metrics, and accountability standards.
- Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and professional development planning.
