About the Role As a valuable member of Continental's Global ESH team, you will manage Security & Loss Prevention to safeguard operations, systems and knowledge, ensuring compliance and continual improvement of Global & Travel Risks across all CT-related locations and entities in alignment with business areas. What You'll Do
- Develop Security & Loss Prevention in line with company strategy and stakeholders, serving as the leading subject matter expert.
- Derive tasks, projects and programs from the CT strategy for Global & Travel Risks and lead relevant initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with internal and external compliance obligations and international standards.
- Gather, analyze and report Security & Loss Prevention performance data.
- Review Global & Travel Risks-related performance and management systems to identify improvement actions.
