As Manager of Social Media (x|f|m) within the Digital Marketing department, you will be responsible not only for advancing our global social media framework but also for leading, coaching, and developing a team of professionals to achieve ambitious business goals. This role is aimed at experienced people leaders with several years of proven leadership experience and a track record of building high-performing teams. Based within our Digital Marketing department, this full-time position offers a hybrid working model with the opportunity to combine on-site collaboration and remote work. We expect regular presence in the headquarters in Goettingen.
