About the Role The Manager of People & Culture is responsible for leading the People & Culture function at Avani Windhoek Hotel & Casino, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional team member experience while driving business performance through effective people strategies. The role provides strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, industrial relations, compensation and benefits, succession planning, compliance, and organisational culture. The successful candidate will act as a trusted business partner to the General Manager and Executive Committee, supporting the achievement of the hotel's commercial and operational objectives.
