About this role
About the Role You will provide technical and administrative leadership to a large and diverse group of craft-oriented personnel, including utility operators, electricians, and HVAC maintenance technicians. The position has a base schedule of 3pm–11pm, Monday–Friday, on-site at Amgen’s Holly Springs facility. You will help drive the start-up during construction, develop and implement a long-term strategy for leading continuous plant and clean utility operations and maintenance of installed systems and equipment (e.g., system setups in Maximo), and ensure procedures are aligned with cGMP and safety requirements, local/global regulations, and Amgen Maintenance excellence standards.
