Das M&A Team innerhalb der ZEISS Strategic Corporate Development gestaltet als zentraler Partner des Vorstands die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Konzerns, indem sie Akquisitionen, Kooperationen und Desinvestitionen von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Integration begleitet. Als Manager M&A übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Bewertung und Strukturierung von Transaktionen, der Durchführung von Due-Diligence-Prozessen sowie der Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat und tragen damit aktiv die strategische Weiterentwicklung von ZEISS.
