The Learning and Talent Development (L&TD) team is seeking an experienced manager to cultivate the next generation of AMZL leaders. In this role, you will own training and development for delivery-station leaders, including an eight-week hands-on program delivered via virtual and onsite sessions, managing weekly schedules, delivering classroom instruction, and designing and executing the academy program while refreshing content to reflect current operations.
What You'll Do
- Manage and coordinate the AMZL Academy training program.
- Define long-term learning needs based on business impact and strategy.
- Conduct online and in-person training sessions.
- Evaluate existing content, collect feedback, perform gap analyses, and implement improvements.
